in an artist.
You have a strong foundation in your craft, the appropriate credentials for your specialty, and a genuine desire to keep developing your skills.
You care about the little things. Precision, consistency, cleanliness, technique, and the final result matter to you.
You know great beauty services are about more than the service itself. You're warm, professional, communicative, and committed to creating an experience clients want to come back to.
You show up, communicate, respect your schedule, and take ownership of your work. You don't need to be perfect. You need to be dependable.
You're open to feedback and willing to refine your technique. You don't take constructive feedback personally. You use it to get better.

One role, both services: lash extensions, lash lifts, and brows. We want an artist who loves doing it all. Experience preferred but not required. We train to Softglamour standards.
