Absolutely! You can customize your monthly experience with eligible treatment upgrades for an additional fee. Treatment upgrades are separate from enhancements and do not qualify for the $20 enhancement discount.

Life happens! You may roll over one unused treatment into your next billing cycle. Only one unused treatment may be carried over at a time. Your $20 enhancement discount does not roll over or apply to a rollover treatment.

Yes! You may pause your membership for one month, once every 12 months. Billing and membership benefits will be paused during this time. If you pause during your initial 6-month commitment, your commitment will extend by one month.

Of course! You may gift one included monthly treatment every six months of active membership. Gifting applies to the base treatment only; member discounts, enhancements, and other benefits are not transferable.

We understand that plans change! Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% late-cancellation fee based on the regular treatment price.

Your monthly treatment will remain available to reschedule within its applicable redemption period. Late cancellations do not extend the rollover period.

If you miss your appointment without notice, your included monthly treatment will be forfeited. No additional no-show fee will be charged for that forfeited treatment.

We understand that circumstances change. If you wish to end your membership before completing your initial six months, an Early Opt-Out Adjustment will apply.

This adjustment covers the difference between the membership payments made and the regular prices of treatments already redeemed, plus any $20 enhancement discounts used.

Once the adjustment is paid, your remaining commitment is released and future billing stops. Unused treatments and membership benefits are forfeited.

After completing your initial 6-month commitment, you may cancel your membership before your next billing date to avoid the next scheduled charge.

Your membership will otherwise continue month-to-month until canceled. Cancellation instructions are provided at enrollment and remain available throughout your membership.

Your Package of 3 expires 6 months from your first session, and your Package of 6 expires 12 months from your first session.

GlamPackages are perfect if you can’t come in monthly. For best results, we recommend one session every 4–6 weeks.

Our standard cancellation, late and no-show policy applies to all GlamPackages. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited reservation fee, a 50% cancellation fee, or the loss of one package session.

Arriving 15 minutes late or more may require rescheduling, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you choose to proceed, your service will be shortened.

No-shows will result in the loss of one GlamPackage session.

All GlamPackage sales are final. No refunds, reimbursements, transfers, or sharing of packages are permitted.

In the rare event of a verified medical condition or other approved extenuating circumstance, management may authorize a one-time courtesy transfer of your remaining sessions to one designated person. Original expiration dates still apply.

Our team will do our best to remind you of unused sessions, but any sessions not completed before your package expires will be forfeited.
